PROGRAMMES OVERVIEW

We offer a wide range of qualifications as part of our programme. We have the flexibility to work with the learner to arrange a qualification set that best meets their needs.

As well as offering GCSE in English, Maths and Science, we deliver a range of nationally recognised vocational qualifications up to level 2. Our team work together to offer a cross-curricular approach to learning, this allows our learners to practice numeracy and literacy skills in topic areas they are interested in, thereby building confidence and self-esteem.

All of our learners have experienced difficulties in mainstream education and we try to develop a personalised curriculum through our education programme that will support them to make positive changes.

All our learners are allocated a keyworker to offer one-to-one support centred on building a solid relationship with a role model, setting goals and resolving problems. Keyworkers set targets which focus on three key areas that will lead to success, better attendance and positive behaviour.

Everyone has time for me and they understand me. I can see myself working somewhere like Active Support in the future.
